Service Description
This is a medium-sized (75m2) meeting room is perfect for smaller classes, film screenings, yoga, training, workshops and meetings. Meeting room facilities include: kitchenette with some crockery/cutlery, an urn and water filter, projection screen, heater, 43 chairs, 2 collapsible tables and cushions on request. Setup & Pack Up Time Please ensure your booking time includes enough buffer time for setup, pack up and tidy. Your guests may also need extra time to exit the room. The next booking will need immediate access to the room at the end of your booking. Noisy Activities Please note that very noisy activities (eg drumming) are not permitted during the day, so not to disturb the adjoining rooms used for consulting, teaching and admin activities. Please contact us if you need guidance about noise levels. Key Access You will be emailed a key access code on completion of your booking online. Cancellation Policy
Noise Restrictions Amplified music should not be played between 8:00am and 5:30pm at Nimbin Community Centre, including the Birth & Beyond Hall. We ask patrons to maintain noise levels at an acceptable level, ensuring that it remains confined within the premises and does not disturb the surrounding businesses. Unused Bookings If session remains booked but not used, fees must still be paid. Cancellations A session may be cancelled with 48 hours notice without paying the fee. If cancellation is within 48 hours a credit note for that missed session will be applied to your account.
