Join us every Tuesday at Birth & Beyond Nimbin for our Mum's & Bub's Classes!
- Mum’s and Bubs (not walking): 8:45 AM - 9:30 AM
- Cuppa and Catch Up: 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM
- Mum’s & Toddlers Circuit Class: 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM
Our classes focus on postpartum pelvic floor and core rehabilitation, as well as overall strength. The first class is free, and subsequent classes are $15 each.
Booking is essential as class numbers are capped to ensure comfort and safety for all participants.
